AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Ok one of the reasons why I got a new phone was because I kept getting these calls from this "Restricted Number" and anytime I answered they would either hang up or stay on the phone for a couple of seconds/minutes without saying anything, but I knew there was a person because I could hear them breathing. I would try to talk to them, but they never said anything back. Sometimes I would just hold my phone up to the tv or my cd player until they hung up. Some days they would call 5 times in the course of an hour. So I got a new phone and a new phone number last spring thinking that the phone calls would stop. I was wrong. I got one this morning. I don't understand it at all.
